The first time I went was to get an oil change because the price was reasonable and was helped right away. Didn't have to wait long which i loved (Walmart was gonna have me wait for 4 hours)
It doesn't look like much but these guys are friendly and helpful. Always great to find a local place you can trust.

I’ve been a customer of Safari Automotive for three years. I love coming here because they are very thorough, excellent mechanics and honest. Their customer service is by far the best in the area. Ali, the owner and manager, always makes sure his customers are his number one priority. He will never sell you something you don’t need and will offer expert advice and opinions so that your vehicle is in safe and proper working order. When I needed my 100,000 mile work done on my car, he and his guys went above and beyond what was asked. I always know my car is in good hands with Safari.
I remembered the owner being super friendly which is why i decided to go back and get front brakes and rotors in there

I will be advising friends and family against participating in business with this establishment. Reader's digest version of my roommate's interaction with Safari Automotive service.... she woke up to a flat tire on her car on a Sunday, and was grateful to hear that Safari could remedy her problem. Wonderful, right? She brings the car to the shop and he takes it right back. Upon trying to leave, hiss, the tire is again leaking. For a second time the mechanic takes the vehicle back and then tells her he cannot patch the hole as it is too close to the wheel wall. Still okay, he offers to sell a tire with similar tread to the others tires. He takes the car back and changes the tire. Again, she tries to leave. And again the tire (the new tire) is leaking. The guy admits that he missed seeing a hole in the new tire! Third try now, gotta be the lucky try, right? He puts the third tire on and she drives away. Happy ending?
I started with taking my car to do detailing. After what I saw and service that Ali provided, I was very much impressed by it. Then I took my other car for inspection and detailing. He will take care of all his customers and this is his word. He will not sell you things or tell you irrelevant services when it is not required compare to typical dealerships or any other top competitors. His price is reasonable but st the end of the day it is his quality of work, quality of service, and honesty that matters the most. So going forward, I would recommend anyone to go to him for your car service.

Not so much. Two months later, take the car in for routine oil change at a different garage. The mechanic offers tire rotation, but what's this? The tire purchased from safari automotive is in such poor shape, that the tire they made her pay for is in such awful condition and worn so unevenly, that it's bad and the tires cant be rotated.
