Everything I need is there to buy at a vending machine in case I forget. Reasonable prices!
My car was really dirty so I paid extra ($10) hoping to get it really clean in one of the two the "laser" bays.
My car was almost just as dirty when it was done as it was before I went in. What a waste of money!
I should have known I was in trouble when I put a $20 bill into the machine and got $10 in change, all in quarters.
Visited this carwash today and used my debit card for the wash. Swiped and nothing happened, swiped again, nothing happened, swiped a third time and it looked like the transaction went through and $5.00 showed on the display, but it wouldn't start. Then it prompted me to insert $2.50 to start. I just really wanted to get the salt off of my car, so I just added the change assuming that the card reader wasn't working and I got 4 minutes, which was just enough to rinse off the salt. Checked my account when I got home and I was charged $10. So apparently they card reader worked, but nothing else. As far as I'm concerned, they stole $10 from me. This is the closest car wash to my house and I went through the automatic wash relatively often. But this visit was unacceptable and I will never go back. Will try to contact my bank to get the money back, but hopefully these thieves don't get anyone else's money. Place should be shut down.
This place just got the last $12 they will ever get from me!!!! I recently had back surgery so decided to wash my wife's vehicle in the Lazer wash. I chose the most expensive option thinking it would look the best. HAHAHA!!! I could have thrown a water balloon against the side and it would have done a better job!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$$$ HERE!!!!
Next time I got out of my car, I noticed wide stripes of dirt still on both sides of the car.
I called to advise them something is wrong with their equipment, but no one answered the phone. And I could not leave a message.
